The Real Problem

One Circuit Is a Single Point of Failure

Most businesses don't think about internet redundancy until they're sitting in the dark, losing money by the minute. Here's what's at stake.

Single ISP (Most Businesses)

  • One fiber cut or outage takes you completely offline
  • VoIP phones go dead—customers can't reach you
  • Cloud apps, email, and file access disappear
  • Point-of-sale and payment processing stop
  • Remote workers disconnected from the office
  • Hours or days waiting for ISP to fix it

Primary + Failover (Protected)

  • Automatic failover keeps you online during outages
  • VoIP routes to backup—calls keep coming
  • Cloud apps and email stay accessible
  • Payment processing continues without interruption
  • Remote workers stay connected
  • Fix the primary while the backup handles traffic

How Much Does Downtime Cost You?

A single hour of internet outage can cost a small business $10,000–$50,000 in lost sales, productivity, and reputation damage. For most businesses, a backup circuit pays for itself the first time your primary goes down.

Internet Options for Every Business

Whether you need a primary circuit, a backup for failover, or both—we design solutions that keep you connected.

Primary Internet Service

High-speed fiber or fixed wireless as your main connection. Symmetric speeds, static IP available, month-to-month options.

  • Speeds from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps (location-dependent)
  • Symmetric upload/download for cloud apps and VoIP
  • Static IP and routed subnets available
  • No long-term contracts required

Failover / Backup Circuit

Secondary connection that activates automatically when your primary fails. Different path, different technology = true redundancy.

  • Automatic failover in under 30 seconds
  • Different physical path than your primary
  • Fixed wireless backup for fiber primary (or vice versa)
  • Keep VoIP, cloud apps, and payments running

Business-Grade with SLA

For businesses that need guaranteed uptime. Service level agreements, priority support, and proactive monitoring.

  • 99.9% uptime SLA with credits for outages
  • Priority support queue and faster response
  • Proactive monitoring and alerting
  • Dedicated account management

Multi-Site & Rural Coverage

Fixed wireless and point-to-point links for locations where fiber isn't available or cost-effective.

  • Fixed wireless where line-of-sight permits
  • Point-to-point links between buildings
  • SD-WAN for multi-site connectivity
  • Site survey to confirm coverage
Coverage depends on location. Fixed wireless requires line-of-sight to our network. We'll perform a site survey to confirm what's available at your address and recommend the best solution—whether that's our service, fiber from another provider, or a hybrid approach.
The Reality

Are You Getting What You're Paying For?

Most businesses don't realize their internet isn't delivering what they were promised until something goes wrong. Here's what to look for.

Asymmetric Speeds

You pay for "500 Mbps" but upload is only 20 Mbps. Cloud backups crawl. Video calls stutter. VoIP quality drops.

We offer symmetric speeds where available.

Shared Bandwidth

Your "dedicated" connection is shared with neighbors. Peak hours mean slow performance when you need it most.

We right-size your connection for real needs.

Hidden Fees

Equipment rentals, installation fees, "broadcast" fees, rate increases after year one. The bill never matches the quote.

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

FAQ

Common Questions

How much does business internet cost?

Primary circuits typically range from $99–$299/month depending on speed and technology. Failover circuits are often less since they're used only during outages. SLA-backed dedicated circuits are higher. We provide exact pricing after confirming availability at your address.

What's the difference between fiber and fixed wireless?

Fiber: Physical cable to your building. Fastest speeds, lowest latency, most reliable—but requires infrastructure in your area. Fixed wireless: Radio signal from our network to an antenna on your building. Requires line-of-sight. Great for locations without fiber or as a backup on a different path.

How does automatic failover work?

We configure your router or firewall to monitor your primary connection. When it detects an outage, traffic automatically routes to the backup circuit in under 30 seconds. When primary recovers, traffic switches back. Your users may not even notice the outage.

What if I don't have line-of-sight for wireless?

We perform a site survey to confirm. If line-of-sight isn't available, we can sometimes use intermediate relay points or recommend fiber options from other providers. We'll tell you honestly what's possible at your location.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Month-to-month service is available. Some installations may have a minimum term to recover install costs, but we're flexible. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.

Can you be my only ISP, or just a backup?

Either or both. We can serve as your primary ISP, your backup/failover circuit, or provide both primary and backup for full redundancy. We'll recommend the right approach based on your uptime requirements and budget.
