IT That Keeps Hotels and Restaurants Running

Guests judge you on experience. Flaky Wi-Fi, POS outages, and a slow front desk cost you reviews, bookings, and repeat business. We keep the whole stack working, from guest Wi-Fi to the property management system, with same-day response.

What We Support

The Technology That Runs Your Property

Front desk to back office, the systems guests touch and the ones they never see.

Guest & Staff Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi 6 coverage engineered for real properties, parking lot to rooftop, with isolated guest SSIDs, bandwidth controls, and captive portals.

POS & Payment Systems

POS network segmentation aligned with PCI DSS scope reduction, plus support for common hospitality POS platforms and restaurant terminals.

PMS & Front Desk

Property management system connectivity, front-desk workstation support, and redundant circuits so check-ins never stop.

Redundant Internet

Primary and failover circuits with automatic cutover. When one provider drops, reservations, POS, and guest Wi-Fi keep working.

Staff Email & Collaboration

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up for front and back of house, with mobile access for managers working the floor.

Surveillance & Access Control

IP cameras and door access on segmented networks. Security cameras stay off your guest and payment networks.

PCI DSS Reality

Your PCI Scope Is Probably Bigger Than You Think

Every Wisconsin hotel and restaurant that takes credit cards carries PCI DSS obligations. The cheapest way to cut both cost and risk is to shrink the number of systems in scope, and that takes real network segmentation.

A typical property we audit has POS, the property management system, guest Wi-Fi, back-office accounting, and IP cameras all sitting on one flat network. A compromise anywhere on that property can reach cardholder data, and every system is in scope.

What we do about it

  • Isolate POS and cardholder-data networks on their own VLANs behind restrictive firewall rules
  • Move to P2PE-certified payment terminals where feasible, which takes most systems out of scope entirely
  • Separate guest Wi-Fi, staff Wi-Fi, and security cameras onto their own networks
  • Document the network so scope is clear to your QSA or self-assessment

We are IT professionals, not QSAs. Specific PCI DSS obligations should be reviewed with your payment processor and, where applicable, a qualified assessor. We configure the technical safeguards under your PCI responsibilities. The wider security stack lives on Cybersecurity & Compliance.

What We Fix Most Often

The Calls We Get Every Week

"Guest Wi-Fi is terrible in rooms 201–218"

Undersized access points, poor placement, consumer-grade gear, no RF planning. We replace with enterprise Wi-Fi 6, run a proper site survey, and monitor coverage after.

"POS goes down during the dinner rush"

Single-circuit internet, no failover, no local DHCP fallback. We deploy dual circuits with automatic failover and local caching.

"We cannot check guests in when the internet drops"

Cloud-only PMS with no local resilience. We add redundant connectivity, UPS power, and workflows that survive a circuit going dark.

"The security cameras are always offline"

NVR on the wrong network, PoE switches over-provisioned, nothing monitoring any of it. We treat camera systems as real infrastructure rather than an afterthought.

Stop Hoping the Property's Tech Holds Up

We walk the property, document what is actually there, and hand you a prioritized list of the risks to guest experience and PCI scope.
